The Yellow Jigsaw team have been commissioned by Thrive Trafford to create a video as part of the Fairer Health For All campaign led by the GM Integrated Care Partnership, which captures the impact of the Trafford Community Collective.

Thrive Trafford works in partnership with the Trafford Community Collective to deliver support and development services for Trafford’s VCFSE (voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise) sector.

It aims to bring local organisations, projects and groups together, communicating together more efficiently, improving health and wellbeing outcomes in the borough.

Thrive Trafford is delivered by Pulse Regeneration in partnership with Trafford Community Collective and commissioned by Trafford Council, a wider service that also provides capacity building, funding support and volunteering opportunities for the local VCFSE sector.

The video highlights the impact of Thrive and how people have been working and thinking differently since its creation.
