Our Talking About My Generation project (part of Yellow Jigsaw) has produced a new video from the Living it up in Later Life event which was held at the St Thomas Centre in Manchester.

The event, led by the Greater Manchester Older People’s Network (GMOPN), aimed to collate people’s thoughts and opinions about ageing in the region – both good and bad.

It hopes to inspire change by creating new conversations and putting forward suggestions to leaders.

Liz Jones, Development Manager at GMOPN, said: “The Greater Manchester Older People’s Network is all about getting older people’s voices heard, and thinking about how we can work together as a network and what we can do as individuals and organisations to try and meet some of the challenges.”
