We are delighted to have appointed a new account manager to join the Yellow Jigsaw team – as we gear up for growth in 2021.

Sian enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships through great communication and is passionate about customer service excellence. She has 30-years’ experience in customer focussed roles, training, and project management.

This is the first time she has worked in the social enterprise sector and is excited to be taking on a new challenge.

Sian said: “I am delighted to be joining Yellow Jigsaw, and have learned so much about the social enterprise sector and the fantastic people who work in the sector already.

“I am passionate about customer service excellence, I believe that this underpins the success of any great organisation. I take great pleasure in helping others and nurturing great client relations. I am really looking forward to doing good business with a business that does good.”

Sian started her career in tourism where she worked at Cresta Holidays for 16 years, managing a team dealing with customer queries and complaints. She then changed over to the health sector, working in sales before moving into occupational health where she worked at Health Management for 10 years. Here she worked with clients to manage their employee referrals, then moved into a training role.
