Wanting to learn more about Big Heart membership? Here are the most commonly asked questions so far:

Can I try it out first?

Yes- first time visits are free, so come along to our next Lunch and Learn session.

What can I use the hour’s support for?

However you like! This hour is spent over Skype, phone or email for you to use our expertise to boost your communications. It could be to proof read press, advise on a reputation risk situation or review your website copy and make recommendations – if it is a communications question, it counts!

Does membership represent an organisation or an individual?

Membership is per organisation. This means that more than one member of staff can attend the Lunch & Learn seminar or dial into the digital skills webinar if this is beneficial to your organisation. There is a limit of up to three staff at the Lunch & Learn seminar per organisation membership.

We also have individuals who are self-employed or looking to develop their own skills who have joined as individual members.

Am I fixed into a minimum contract period?

NO- we understand the need to stay flexible as a charity or social enterprise, so there is no minimum membership period and you can cancel at any time.

Is there another way to pay?

Completing the details via Go Cardless is quick and easy, but if you would prefer us to invoice you for you to pay by BACS or cheque, just let us know.
